Delete your DetailCue account
You can permanently remove your account and hosted workspace data from inside the app or request assisted deletion.
Delete in the app
- Open Workshop controls.
- Choose Delete account and cloud data.
- Review what will be removed and confirm the authenticated request.
If you cannot access the app
Email privacy@detailcue.app from the address associated with the account. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
What deletion covers
The hosted account, business profile, job records, private media, voice notes, generated reports, signatures, sessions, and related operational records are removed according to the published retention process. Limited security, transaction, legal, and backup records may be retained where required.
Important subscription note
Deleting your DetailCue account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in the store account used to subscribe.
Files already shared
PDFs, messages, or media you exported to customers or other services are outside DetailCue’s control and cannot be recalled through account deletion.
