These terms describe the rules for using DetailCue and the responsibilities behind every customer handoff.

Using DetailCue
You must be legally able to enter an agreement, provide accurate account information, secure your credentials, and use the service only for lawful professional activity.
Your content and customers
You retain ownership of job content you submit. You are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis and permission to collect customer details, vehicle records, media, voice notes, and signatures.
Reports and AI drafts
Generated content is an editable draft, not a guarantee or professional legal opinion. You must review accuracy and approve the exact report revision before sharing or collecting customer acknowledgement.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Price, currency, billing period, renewal, cancellation, refund eligibility, and payment processing follow the applicable store terms. Deleting a DetailCue account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, upload unlawful content, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, or use DetailCue to deceive customers.
Availability and liability
We work to keep DetailCue reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.
